Chef Itunu Sanusi is the passionate founder and visionary behind ElzisKitchen, an Afrofusion takeout brand redefining small chops, pastries, and finger foods in Toronto. A final-year culinary student at Humber Polytechnic, Chef Itunu combines professional training with real-world kitchen experience to deliver exceptional quality, bold flavors, and beautifully crafted meals. Her journey began in December 2023, driven by passion, resilience, and a deep love for food.
As a mother, student, and entrepreneur, she has built ElzisKitchen from the ground up — growing it into a trusted brand known for its delicious offerings, attention to detail, and consistent customer satisfaction. From premium small chops platters to signature jollof rice and handcrafted pastries, every dish is made with care, precision, and authenticity.
